 Base Sizes

Has anyone played using standard DBR (4cm) base sizes?

I don't mean placing together 4 bases of DBR based figures and creating a unit for Impetus, I mean 1 DBR base (4cm) = 1 Impetus Unit

I guess it would slow down the game quite a bit, depending on the points of each army.

Any thoughts?
