Sometimes a contentious question, since some are Ancient 'purists' ..however, I'm sure there must be at least one other who thinks a solid and innovative set of ancients rules would be perfect for conversion

Anyway I'm in contact now with a motivated team that is working at BIF (Basic Impetus Fantasticus), so I will keep you update as soon as a beta version will be available. The game mechanics are the same, but they are generating lists with special rules.

This is great news. I love HOTT and lots of my bases could double up for this. Also they could take on my Impetus medievals ( which haven't been painted yet of course).
Would everything be on full size bases?- I'm thinking Characters, wizards, heroes etc
