 ZOC question

A simple question. If I am in ZOC of an opponent and I move directly backwards, does he get the zoc-opportunity action?

no reaction if you are distancing yourself from the Unit that execise the ZC (I think 99% of the cases).

Sorry, but "distancing" includes finishing within the enemy ZOC? I mean, is moving backwards enough or my Unit MUST finish completely out of the enemy ZOC?
