Is there a breakout somewhere of how the point system works, so we can create our own lists prior to the official release of additional lists?

I have a point system calculation (in Italian) but not decided to post it yet.
This is for the following reason. It works on 90% of troops types but ther are some troops that require different criteria. Also I want to be free to make exceptions.
But soon or later I guess I have to.

In the meanwhile if you have some troop type I can calculate it.
