How do you intend to handle fantasy, generally...

are new troop types to be introduced (like Basic Baroque) or is it a case of matching the common fantasy archetypes with the current range of historical lists (for example do Orcs just become Gauls, Dwarves = Vikings, Elves = Byzantines or whatever etc etc?)

and/or perhaps new 'formations' and racial abilities (I'm not a fan of the GW style multitude of special rules for each army BUT there is some scope for this, and I DO want an assassin in my Dark Elf army afterall Very Happy )

heroes?

....and magic...now THAT is a big topic Very Happy

well I let to the team that is working at this develop to add more details.

The idea is that lists follow the same criteria and troop types of Basic Impetus, but values may be differ. For example there could be Impetuos Troops with higher VBUs than 5.

Also there will be more list special rules and features. For example in BI you find "shieldwall", in BIF there will be features like "brutal charge" etc

and of course magic...

Will there be Heroes ' Magicians and other characters on smaller-say 60mm bases- (I've got a lot of Hordes of the Things stuff)
I can't see a character on a 120mm base!!
