 Evading.

I'm a little confused on evading. It says in the rules the evading unit makes a full move to the rear. I assume the unit ends up facing away from the charging enemy unit. Assuming the charging unit fails to make contact the evading unit will be left facing away from the enemy. I assume that to return to the fight it must perform an about turn which is only achieved if it passes a discipline test and it becomes disordered. There does not appear to be an exemption to this for S and CL. Is this correct?

Hi,

no, when a unit evades it keeps its original facing (i.e. towards the opponent that was evaded).

Otherwise, if the opponent attacking unit would move again forward in teh same turn, it would hit the poor evading unit on the rear... without possibility of a second evasion, since you cannot evade a non-frontal attack! Instead, the rules explicitly talk about successive evasions and follow ups in the same turn.
