Hi,

I played my first Basic Impetus Baroque game tinight, I played Montrose Scots ECW, and I was curious why the Highlanders are classed as FP? I would have thought they could use broken or difficult ground like impetuous FL?

I think impetuous FL matches their apparent abilities in earlier and later periods. Whether Montrose successfully integrated them into his army as more "solid" troops is debateable. Maybe both a types as an option?

i too prefer them as FP Impetuous. not because that is historical, but because any game that has scots in them should have some kind of frantic charge in it. its the way of things.
